Free urgent care available to Johnston County residents who are uninsured and between the ages of 6 months and 65, for mild, non-emergent conditions such as allergies, cold/flu, fever, sore throat, pink eye, rash, high blood pressure, mild headaches, and more. Services are walk-in only and include registration, a virtual provider visit through MyUNC Chart, and access to referrals, labs, and medications (with financial assistance for prescriptions available upon request).

The UNC Mobile Health Unit is on JCC's main campus every 1st Wednesday of the month from 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

UNC Chapel Hill is now accepting referrals for ages 13–30 who need mental health support beyond standard outpatient care, but do not require hospitalization. The program serves adolescents and young adults dealing with mood disorders and/or anxiety, offering a 6-week virtual program (3 days/week, 3 hours/day) that includes group, individual, and family therapy, as well as medication management — all using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, and ACT). Program topics include stress management, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, social support, and self-care.

Insurance & Payment: Most major insurance accepted (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna). UNC financial assistance is available for uninsured patients; self-pay is also an option.
